Through our partner Hallmark Insights (Reward Choice), you can now give your reward to charity funds managed by JustGive.org. You can choose to donate your Reward Choice gift certificate to one of the following funds:

• Animal
• Children and youth
• Disaster relief
• Environment
• Hunger and poverty

To do so, just ask to redeem your Reward Choice gift certificate ($5 or $10) and, when you receive the email from Hallmark Insights with your redemption code, select to donate to the one of the four charity funds available.

Once your point redemption is validated on Survey Exchange, you will receive  an email from our partner RewardChoice to let you choose a gift certificate among hundreds of offers.

For some programs, you can choose if you want an e-mail certificate, a paper certificate or a gift card.

Following the transition to our new platform, we have received many emails from you asking about our points and rewards system, whether it has changed and how.  The most frequent questions were: did the reward program change? how many points are needed to redeem points? how long does it take to receive my reward?  To those of you who were wondering but did not ask, see our answer below:

•  did the reward program change?  Not really.  The number of points per surveys remained unchanged, and the conversion value of points remains the same.
• how many points are needed to redeem points? Like before, you will need 8,000 points to redeem a $10 RewardChoice certificate.  What is new is that now you can also opt for a faster payment by choosing the $5 program. It takes 4,500 points to redeem a $5 certificate
• how long does it take to receive my reward? We are processing the redemption requests once a week so, depending on when you ask for your point redemption, it may take up to 7 days to receive your reward.  During that time, the reward will show as “pending” on your member profile.  During the first weeks of migration, we might experience some delays, but please bear with us.  It should be totally operational very soon.

We will follow up with more explanation about the Rewards themselves.

We are happy to let you know that the point format bug has been fixed.  From now on, “500.00 pts” appear in the US format as “500.00″ instead of the European format “500,00″.  Our apologies for those who thought they had won the lottery and reached 500,000 points overnight…
